Delivery Policy
This Delivery Policy describes SleekAlgo’s general approach to delivering software-development, WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO, support and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria and schedule for a client project are governed by the applicable Statement of Work, proposal, contract or written agreement.
Project Deliverables
SleekAlgo will deliver the items agreed for the engagement, which may include website code, configuration, custom plugins, content implementation, design implementation, technical documentation, database work or other agreed outputs.
Source Code and Handover
Where source code, database schemas, files or other handover materials are part of the agreed scope, they will be provided according to the applicable project terms and payment requirements.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide required credentials, content, approvals and business information in a timely manner.
- Provide reasonable access to hosting, domains, APIs, third-party systems or staging environments where needed.
- Review deliverables and report material issues within the review/acceptance process agreed for the project.
- Maintain licenses, subscriptions or third-party accounts that are the client’s responsibility.
Testing and Acceptance
SleekAlgo performs reasonable development and QA appropriate to the scope. Clients are also responsible for reviewing the delivered website or software against their business requirements before broad production use. Where a formal acceptance process is agreed, that process governs approval.
Third-Party Dependencies
Delivery and operation may depend on hosting providers, APIs, plugins, SaaS platforms, payment processors, networks, browsers or other third-party systems. Changes, outages or restrictions in those systems can affect delivery or functionality and may require additional work outside the original scope.
Hosting and Environments
Where SleekAlgo does not control the hosting environment, the client is responsible for providing suitable access and infrastructure. Large or technically sensitive projects may require staging/testing environments that reasonably match production.
Production Releases
Launches, migrations and production deployments are coordinated according to the project plan. Some releases may involve DNS propagation, caching, third-party approvals, maintenance windows or other factors outside SleekAlgo’s direct control.
Post-Launch Issues
Bugs or defects within the agreed scope are handled according to the applicable project/support agreement. New features, changed requirements, third-party changes, hosting problems, external attacks or issues outside the agreed scope may require separate work.
