PROJECT SNAPSHOT
PROOF LINE
WordPress + Elementor Pro
SCOPE
Redesign, content, SEO, CRO, HubSpot, speed
KEY CONSTRAINT
Preserve indexed URLs
PRIMARY CHALLENGE
Recreate content around search intent
OUTCOME
Post-launch rise in organic visibility
The Website Needed More Than a Cosmetic Redesign
CCI Training’s previous website was poorly designed and had significant SEO problems. Organic search performance was extremely weak, and the site needed a stronger structure, stronger content and a more credible user experience.
The challenge was not simply to make the site look better. SleekAlgo needed to rebuild the website without carelessly discarding URLs that were already indexed, while also recreating content around the search terms and information prospective students were actually looking for.
Poor design
Weak SEO foundation
Content gaps
Indexed URLs to preserve
Weak conversion paths
No CRM lead capture
Rebuild the Experience. Preserve What Already Matters.
The project became a full WordPress rebuild rather than a surface-level redesign. Elementor Pro was retained, but the structure, page experience and content were recreated — with existing indexed URLs preserved where required and redirects implemented where necessary.

Improved WordPress experience
Migration principle: redesign around the future without casually breaking the URLs and search signals that already exist.
CONTENT
The Hardest Part Wasn’t the Design. It Was the Content.
A major part of the project was rebuilding the website copy itself. SleekAlgo rewrote and recreated content around target keywords, search intent and the information users needed to make a decision.
BEYOND STANDARD SCOPE
A major part of the project was rebuilding the website copy itself. SleekAlgo rewrote and recreated content around target keywords, search intent and the information users needed to make a decision.
Keyword-focused copy
Rewritten program/service content
Recreated page structure
Video transcription into copy
Search-intent alignment
Better CTAs & user journeys
SEO Was Not an Add-On After Launch
Technical SEO, on-page structure, internal linking, schema, URL preservation, content recreation and page speed were built into the rebuild from the beginning — not layered on afterward.
Technical SEO
Crawling, indexing and clean-migration foundations.
On-Page SEO
Content, titles, headings and structure aligned to intent.
Internal Linking
Connections between pages for discovery and context.
Schema / Structured Data
Relevant structured data where appropriate.
Redirects & URL Preservation
Preserve URLs; redirect changed paths.
Content Recreation
Rewritten and expanded around target topics.
Page Speed Optimization
Performance work included as part of the rebuilt experience. See Page Speed Optimization.
The Website Was Connected to the Sales Process
The rebuilt site was integrated with HubSpot so website leads could flow into the client’s CRM rather than ending as isolated form submissions — making the website part of the client’s broader marketing and lead-management workflow.

A Better Search Experience Still Needs a Better Human Experience
Navigation, page hierarchy, calls to action, content structure and user journeys were improved so prospective students could understand the offering and move toward enquiry more easily. See Conversion Rate Optimization.

AVG. POSITION
Totals and averages across the full displayed February–July 2024 period — not a post-launch uplift calculation.

New website launched — organic visibility and clicks trend upward after launch.

Average search position improved steadily in the months following launch — from roughly the mid-40s/50s toward the mid-teens/20s by late July.
Shown as visual trend evidence, not a calculated percentage increase. No traffic, lead, conversion or revenue figures are claimed beyond what these screenshots show.

WHAT MADE THE PROJECT DIFFERENT
Design, Content and SEO Were Solved as One Problem
The website structure, content, search strategy, user experience and technical implementation were rebuilt together — not handed off separately. A WordPress redesign should not improve appearance while damaging search performance or leaving weak content untouched.
