The Products Were Online. The Buying Experience Wasn’t.
Before the rebuild, Kozy Kingdom’s website primarily listed furniture, fabrics and related product information. Customers could browse, but the business did not have a true ecommerce workflow for configuring and purchasing its highly customizable furniture online. A single furniture product could involve hundreds of fabric options, multiple product types, finish choices, additional options and different price impacts — and shipping varied by supplier and delivery method.
CLIENT CONCERN
Could this amount of pricing and configuration complexity realistically be maintained online?
THE CONFIGURATOR
Customers Can Build the Furniture They Actually Want

SleekAlgo built a custom WooCommerce configurator that lets customers choose the relevant product configuration before purchasing. The selected configuration is carried into WooCommerce cart and order data, so the business receives the exact choices made by the customer.

A Fabric Library That Behaves Like Product Data
Kozy Kingdom’s catalogue includes a very large fabric library. Individual fabrics can affect the final price differently, and the available selections need to remain manageable inside WordPress. SleekAlgo created dedicated fabric-management functionality rather than forcing thousands of options into a generic variation interface.

CUSTOMER-FACING FABRIC SELECTOR

BACKEND FABRIC MANAGEMENT — STRUCTURED, NOT AD HOC
3,476 fabric records captured in the admin screenshot above — a point-in-time system snapshot, not a fixed catalogue total.
The Final Price Is Built From the Customer’s Choices
Pricing can change according to several layers of configuration. The system calculates the appropriate price based on the combination selected rather than relying on one simple product price. The frontend exposes clear price details so customers can understand how their configuration affects the subtotal.

Shipping Rules Had to Match the Furniture Business
Furniture shipping is not a one-rate checkout problem. Kozy Kingdom uses different shipping charges based on supplier and delivery scenario, including home delivery and curbside shipping. Approximately 50 shipping-charge scenarios are actively used according to the project record.

SUPPLIER-SPECIFIC SHIPPING CARRIED INTO THE ORDER
The 42 records shown are a screenshot-state snapshot, not the permanent total, and not every supplier uses identical shipping logic.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Thousands of Prices Shouldn’t Mean Thousands of Manual WordPress Edits
A sophisticated configurator is only useful if the business can maintain it. SleekAlgo built a custom price-updater workflow around Google Sheets: the plugin generates product mappings from WooCommerce into a structured sheet, the client updates pricing in a familiar spreadsheet interface, and the updated data is pulled back into WordPress.

DATA MIGRATION
The Hardest Part Was Turning Existing Product Data Into a Working Ecommerce Model
The most demanding part of the project was migrating and normalizing the existing product and fabric information together with the pricing associated with each unique option. This required more than copying products into WooCommerce.

WooCommerce Had to Adapt to the Business — Not Force the Business Into Standard Product Options
The system was built around how Kozy Kingdom actually sells: furniture → configurations → fabrics → pricing → shipping → operations — rather than forcing that business model into generic WooCommerce variations.
Selling Products That Don’t Fit Standard WooCommerce?
SleekAlgo builds WooCommerce systems around complex products, pricing rules, configurations, integrations and operational workflows.
